About me
My journey began in ballet before I became an actor, which broadened my body awareness. I've experienced both sides of the scale, being overweight and underweight, and have explored many forms of fitness, including yoga, pilates, running, and lifting weights. I've had phases of intense training, and times I just couldnโt get motivated.
I appreciate the benefits of exercise. As we age, staying active is essential for our overall well-being. Being active not only improves joint and muscle strength, it also enhances self-esteem and brain function.
We may not always look forward to exercising, but we always feel better afterwards.

I provide bespoke, personalised 1-on-1 training adapted to your age, fitness level, and goals. I believe in the power of incremental changes to create significant results.

Group training adds a fun dimension to any physical activity, fostering a sense of community and a bit of healthy competition. It helps older adults focus their days and gives younger participants a chance to unwind outside of work. Group exercise builds confidence, boosts mood, and increases flexibility and strength for everyone.
Smaller group training
I also offer small group training for 2-5 people, whether youโre friends, work colleagues, or family members. I can adapt sessions to meet individual needs, accommodating varying ages and fitness levels.
Virtual training
If youโre away on business, stuck in a meeting or live 200 miles away, thereโs no obstacle. Training virtually can offer huge benefits, keep the momentum going and even be done over different time zones.
I also have specifically-filmed workouts that my clients can access by using my private YouTube channel. This has exclusive warm ups, workouts and cool-downs. Each week I add new and motivating routines that last from between 10 to up to 40 minutes long. Keeping you on track to meet your goals and stay consistent.
