Personalised training at home, outdoors or online. Helping you build strength, confidence and lasting results.

Most of the people I work with don’t enjoy exercise or feel at home in the gym, and that’s perfectly fine.

I design completely personalised programmes built around your goals, your lifestyle, and what actually feels good for you.

We can train in your home, garden, or local park - wherever you feel most comfortable.

My approach blends strength, cardio, and endurance training, with plenty of variety (and yes, even some fun).

It’s all about building consistency and creating new habits that make you stronger, fitter and more confident, safely and effectively.

You’ll start to notice more energy, better sleep, and a natural desire to eat well.

I can’t wait to help you get started on your journey.

About me

In Poor Clare at Orange Tree Theatre 2025

In rehearsals for The Southbury Child at the Bridge Theatre 2022

I’ve spent over thirty years working as an actor in theatre, film and television.

It’s a career where movement, presence and physical awareness are everything. Looking after my body has always been part of my craft.

Acting has taught me resilience, focus and the importance of preparation; qualities I bring to every training session.

When I work with clients, I draw on both worlds: the discipline and creativity of performance, and the science and structure of fitness.

I understand what it takes to build confidence, move with purpose and feel at your best - whatever your age or starting point.

My clients range from their twenties to their nineties, each on their own path to strength, balance and wellbeing.

Do get in touch if you live in my area - I’d love to help you begin your journey.

1:1 Training

A black cat lying on a purple yoga mat next to a black medicine ball in a park. A person wearing black leggings, purple sneakers, and gloves is standing in the background, with trees and grass surrounding the scene.
A woman with a colorful headwrap and red athletic jacket leaning over a wooden bench, next to a small white dog dressed in a burgundy sweater, outdoors on a fall day with fallen leaves and colorful dumbbells on the bench.

Every session is designed around you - your age, your fitness level, and your personal goals.

I focus on small, steady progress that builds lasting strength and confidence.

If you struggle to stay motivated, I’ll help you stay consistent.

Whether your aim is to change your physique, rebuild your relationship with exercise, or simply train safely and effectively, I’ll guide you every step of the way.

And if your pet wants to join in the fun, they’re more than welcome too.

“When my human started training with Hermione, I thought it meant fewer walks. Turns out, it means more! I get to join in for park sessions, chase the ball during warm-ups, and provide motivational tail wags.”

Group training

Hermione is wearing a black jacket, black leggings, pink socks, and red shoes, is smiling and exercising with a Kettle Bell in a park.

Training together brings energy, laughter and a sense of shared purpose.

It turns exercise into something social: a chance to connect, move and motivate one another.

For older adults, group sessions add a structure and focus to their day.

For younger participants, they’re a welcome release from work.

Group exercise builds confidence, lifts mood and enhances strength, balance and flexibility - proving that fitness can be done better together.
